SHIPPING INFORMATION

Where does Empowerment COUTURE ship?

We currently ship to the 50 states within the US.  Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska may experience longer delivery times and additional shipping fees.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we are not shipping internationally, but would love to hear from you if you are outside the US! We are always looking at ways we can reach you. Send us a note at info@thebilliondollarbeauty.com and let us know where you are!

 

Shipping rates

We offer a simple $6 flat rate for purchases under $75.  Orders over $75 enjoy free shipping!

 

When will my order ship?

We are currently taking pre-orders, all pre-orders will be shipped September 28, 2017. Post launch, we will process your order in 3-5 business days and USPS will take it from there!

 

What if my shipping info was entered incorrectly?

Simply send us an email as soon as possible at  info@thebilliondollarbeauty.com and we will get that updated for you!

 

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Not happy with an Empowerment COUTURE purchase? Please email us at info@thebilliondollarbeauty.com TO GET YOUR RMA (Return Merchandise Number). Please include your order number, we’ll be happy to help you make a return or exchange for another item. Please note: when returning your order, your RMA (Return Merchandise Number) must be on the outside of the package. Returns or exchanges must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

 

How long will it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds are processed 3-5 business days upon receipt of your return.

 

I received the wrong product!

We’re sorry about that!  Please contact us at  info@thebilliondollarbeauty.com and we will make sure you get what you ordered ASAP!

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credits including Visa, American Express, Mastercard and Discover cards as well as Paypal.

 

What should I do if my payment is declined or my order won’t process?

We recommend checking a few things if your payment didn’t go through:

  • Check that your card’s billing details (zip code, security code, etc.) match what you’ve entered into the order form.
  • Is your card expired?
  • Your card issuer may have declined your payment. Check with your credit card company before trying your card again.

If none of these apply, please email us at info@thebilliondollarbeauty.com and we’ll help you out!

 

Is tax applied to my order?

Customers in California are subjected to sales taxes.

Need to update or cancel an order?

Send us an email at info@thebilliondollarbeauty.com as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order.

 

 

Can I combine promo codes at checkout?

We only accept one promo code per order placed.  If over time you’ve received two Empowerment COUTURE promo codes, simply choose the one you would prefer to use.  For site-wide sales or promotions, a promo code may not be required and can be used with an additional promo code.

Original messages that appear on Empowerment COUTURE T-Shirts were created by Ungenita Prevost and are protected under trademark and/or copyright laws.
